Who is this qualification for?
The Management pathway is suitable for Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers working in day or domiciliary services who are looking to progress their career. It is also appropriate for Managers who have not yet achieved a qualification at this level.
Entry Requirements
Learners must be aged 19+ and hold a Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
Learners will need to be working in the role of Deputy or Manager in an appropriate setting or have the opportunity to carry out responsibilities associated with these roles to be able to study.

Trained in the UK, she has worked in government and international schools in London and Hong Kong. She has experience at a leadership level with the British National Curriculum, the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IBPYP). Katie has hosted regular teacher training workshops based around key educational priorities. In addition, Katie has led the development of curriculums for subjects including English as a Second Language (ESL), STEM, Technology, Digital Arts, Entrepreneurship, Science, Maths and Creative Writing for a wide range of schools and educational organisations across the globe
